Please read the protocol below before your appointment.

Please have a phone, ideally with texting capabilities, with you.

The safety of our clients and team is of the utmost importance.  As an increased safety measure, we will be offering vehicle service only for appointments. No emergency, grooming, boarding or drop-in appointments at this time.

Take note of your parked position.  STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE

  1. Please call or text 618 548 6755 and let front desk know you are here.

  2. Staff will text to notify you that they are coming to collect your animal.

    • Dr. Abby will perform examination and determine treatment plan.

    • Dr Abby will text you with recommendations, your approval for treatment plan and invoice amount. Text will be recorded in your files to ensure medical/DEA compliance.

  3. Once diagnostics, medications instructions and invoice amount complete, staff will text/email your invoice.

    • Staff will return your animal to you once your invoice has been accepted and paid.

  4. We ask for your patience, respect and cooperation during the necessity of social distancing.  Your safety and the safety of Dr. Abby and staff will remain our priority.

  5. REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES.  No access to clinic building or grounds will be approved.

  6. Deuel Veterinary Services reserves the right to decline service to those who do not follow above protocol.
